GasIQ public launch
Privacy note
GasIQ is a browser-based natural-gas engineering and commercial screening tool. The public build is designed to collect usage signals without collecting sensitive gas-work data.
What GasIQ may measure if analytics is accepted
- Page visits, referral source, approximate geography and engagement timing through GA4.
- High-level product events such as app ready, card added, blend applied, report generated, CSV export and JSON export.
- Feature usage categories, not the underlying engineering values.
What GasIQ does not intentionally send
- gas compositions, chromatograph values or component percentages.
- Fuel prices, FX rates, carbon prices or commercial contract assumptions.
- Calculation results, report contents, case notes or customer names.
- Saved case files or exported CSV/JSON/report content.
Local storage
GasIQ stores cases, UI preferences, theme choice and analytics consent state in your browser local storage. This keeps the public tool lightweight and avoids requiring an account.
Engineering boundary
GasIQ is for engineering and commercial screening. It is not custody-transfer certified, fiscal-metering software, a certified FX or market-data product, hydrogen compatibility approval software, or a process-simulation replacement.
